Who Is Coaching For?

She Is Fierce Coaching was created to empower women to take up space, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies—but male clients have seen just as much success from my training and nutrition programs. 

I work with:

What Is the “Fierce Over Fear Method”?

The Fierce Over Fear Method is the flagship program of She is Fierce Coaching. It focuses on physical, mental, and emotional strength to help clients break through personal barriers and self-limiting beliefs.

“Fierce over fear” means pushing fears below the surface, conquering them with a strong attitude and approach.  

Since my coaching is customized to the individual’s needs, no two programs are identical. The Fierce Over Fear Method will help you to step into the best version of yourself, no matter what that looks like to you.  

About Me

As the owner of She is Fierce Coaching, I believe training should be empowering, sustainable, and tailored to each individual. My mission is to help my clients build not only physical strength in the gym, but also the confidence and resilience to thrive in their everyday lives. I stand behind the mentality that fitness goes way beyond lifting weights—it’s about cultivating mental and emotional strength that carry into all areas of life. 

I specialize in working with those who are looking to make long-lasting lifestyle changes while gaining physical and mental strength. Whether you are looking to lose weight, clean up your diet, prepare for a fitness competition, or all of the above, I would love to help you achieve your goals!

I bring over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I started weight training in high school and college and progressively became more competitive by entering four powerlifting competitions between 2015 and 2018. I then trained for a couple of obstacle course races, including a Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. In 2019, I found my current passion for bodybuilding in the figure division and have since competed in three seasons. In December 2025, I won my Pro Card at NPC Nationals! The next goal will be to compete at the Charlotte Pro in 2027.

What is The Process Like?

I am always very thorough with gathering a client’s information upfront and answering any questions before creating training and nutrition plans. I pride myself on this rule: I will not sign up a new client until she feels 100% comfortable and confident in my coaching process, strategy, and overall values.

When you first decide you are interested in discussing coaching services, I will walk you through my process and expectations of my clients. This ensures that we work as a team and therefore get the best results. I cannot do the work without your effort, and I don’t expect you to do this all on your own. We will work in sync to get the long-term results you’re seeking!

1. Schedule a free intake call

This 30-minute call is your chance to ask questions and learn about my coaching style, training programs, and nutrition packages. I will ask about your short-term and long-term goals so I can best create a plan that fits your specific needs!

2. Choose your coaching package

At the end of our call, we will determine which coaching package is best for you. We will discuss the perks that come with a one-time plan or a monthly/all-inclusive option.

3. Complete my client questionnaire

A questionnaire will then be emailed to you. Information about current body metrics, injuries, lifestyle habits, dietary preferences, short-term and long-term goals, and current mindset will be collected so I can build your program accordingly.

4. Complete client waiver and establish a payment plan

Some quick paperwork to get things rolling before we’re ready to get you started!

5. Start our journey together

We will work as a team to crush your goals, establishing a trusting and professional client/coach relationship, although many of my clients end up feeling like my family 🙂
