In-depth intake to understand your goals, history, lifestyle, and mindset

A detailed client questionnaire will be sent when you sign up, allowing me to fully understand where you’re coming from so I can effectively create your program. 

Custom training and nutrition plan built specifically for you

She is Fierce Coaching heavily focuses on customization. No two clients have the same program or protocols. You will never find a cookie-cutter plan with me!

Regular check-ins, progress tracking, and plan adjustments

As long as you are set up on a recurring plan, I will be routinely modifying your training and nutrition programs as I see fit. As you get stronger, I will provide more challenging workouts. Similarly, as your metabolism adjusts to your nutrition protocols, I will update your meal plan accordingly so that you’re never hitting any plateaus with your body composition or strength level in the gym. 

Ongoing support, education, and accountability

I am here to guide you through your fitness journey every step of the way. Whether you have questions about how to perform a specific exercise or need an extra push when motivation levels are low, you can trust me to be a consistent source of support.

Monthly “Bells & Whistles” Coaching Package

This monthly option is the most inclusive and popular program I offer. It includes weekly check-ins, a training program, and macros that are updated periodically as needed. An extra layer of accountability is included

  • Sample meals to hit your macros using foods you enjoy
  • Weekly check-ins with progress photos, measurements, recap of how your week went, biofeedback, etc
  • Exclusive access to the fitness app Everfit, which allows you to view training programs, follow along with workouts, upload progress pictures/body metrics, and chat with me directly

This package includes one personal training session per month (either in person for those local to Charlotte, NC or via a FaceTime/Zoom call)
