My Story
Like many people, I once struggled with yo-yo dieting and believed that severe restriction was the only way to achieve the body I wanted. I spent years trying different workouts and approaches that promised results—but never delivered anything sustainable.
Doing “everything right” and still feeling stuck forced me to dig deeper and learn how training and nutrition actually work. I saw how easily fitness becomes overwhelming and discouraging when people are given rigid rules instead of real support.
Through that experience, I learned there is no single “right” way to train or eat. What works for one person can fail another—and forcing yourself into a system that doesn’t fit only leads to frustration and burnout.
That realization is what led me to build She Is Fierce Coaching around personalization, education, and support. I don’t write cookie-cutter programs. Every plan is built around the individual—their body, lifestyle, goals, and mindset.
My Values & Beliefs
Personalization Is Non-Negotiable
No two bodies, lives, or goals are the same—so no plan should be either. I believe effective coaching starts with listening and building training and nutrition strategies that fit the individual, not forcing people into templates that weren’t made for them.
Strength Is More Than Physical
Real progress happens when physical training and mindset work go hand in hand. I believe lasting results come from building confidence, resilience, and self-trust alongside muscle—so clients don’t just reach goals, they sustain them.
Empowerment Creates Long-Term Success
Coaching isn’t about control, restriction, or dependency. I believe in empowering clients with education, accountability, and support so they can move forward with confidence—stronger, more capable, and in control of their own journey.
My Approach
My coaching style revolves around the concept “Fierce Over Fear”. Many of us don’t achieve our goals because we let our own self-doubts and fears get in our way. As a coach, I’m here to help you push through these boundaries. Training and nutrition plans are always customized to each of my clients to ensure they are set up for success in the best way possible.
